RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your SleepEdge Recovery Ring. If something's not right, here's exactly how we handle it.

Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. To start a return, email peterbyrnes1107@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable: Items that have been used beyond initial testing, physically damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval.

Sizing issues: If your ring size doesn't fit, email us within 14 days of delivery — we'll do our best to exchange it for the correct size (subject to availability).

Delayed shipments: If your order hasn't arrived within 25 days of your order date, contact us immediately at peterbyrnes1107@gmail.com and we will open a case with our fulfillment partner and either reship or refund in full.
